A SIMPLE WARMUP FOR 6 MINUTES


Now let us do some stretching exercises
Look forward.Turn your head slowly to your left.Hold for 10 seconds.1-10
Return to starting position.

FEW TIPS



Before going fr the lesson's i need to give some tips to be followed on stage.You might have noticed that every dance school will have mirror's around the floor.That is kept for you to see yourself and dance.So that you can correct your mistake's.Even if you practice in home do it in front of mirror.Some people will think that they are dancing too good with perfection with out seeing the mirror.But only after they see them in mirror all mistakes will be clearly visible and can find where they go wrong.So mirror is must while practicing.But another disadvantage is there for some people in using mirrors.They will practice fully seeing the mirror and while getting on the stage and seeing the audience it will look odd.You have already practiced with mirror and watched your steps and so automatically on the stage your eyes watch down your own steps but not the audience.This is the main wrong thing most of the people do.It wont look good.So always keep your head straight and view the audience.That will really make a difference.


The second main thing is always keep your back and shoulders straight while dancing.It has a great impact on your over all dance.If you have doubt go stand in front of the mirror.Now bend your shoulders slightly down and dance.See how it looks.Your movements may be perfect but it will look horrible.Also i will tell you another example.Stand normally slightly bending your back and shoulders.Now rotate yourself fully i am sure that you will lose control and come front while completing the rotation.Do the same after standing in upright position with your back and shoulders perfectly straight and see.You can finish the role with perfect control and line with out coming front.This is not only for rolling.It will apply for each and every move.Even while doing some hip hop move or ground movements keep this point in mind and do.It will work.

WARM UP EXERCISE


The first lesson am gonna teach you is how to warm up your body and make yourself ready to dance.Better you warm up better you can dance.As i told you before warm up exercise is more important before you begin to dance.With out doing warm up and stretching your muscles will not be expanded and your blood circulation and heart beat will be low or normal.In this condition if you begin dancing there are many chances that you can get injured.because your muscles wont stretch properly and so its too dangerous to dance with out a warm up.The main necessity of warm up is to make you sweat and warm.After this your blood circulation will be high and the heart beat rate also raises.This makes you more energetic.So don't forget to warm up before you dance.

Now Select a nice song taht makes you feel happy and enthusiastic and start your warm up with some of your favorite steps.If you are a beginner just close the door and do what ever step that you feel as dance.Dance very freely and with full flexibility.Elongate your arms and legs up to your capability.Enjoy the song and dance .Dance until you get sweat fully and until u feel warm and hot.

Soon after you complete warm up after a 5 min cool down start doing stretching exercise.This will remove all of your muscular strains and expand each and every muscle and makes it flexible.The warm up and stretching can be done 15min before you dance.The order of doing stretching is from head to toe.(i.e) slowly start from head rotation and so on to the toe.Start very slowly and increase the speed gradually.Now you are ready to do a vigorous dance with out any injuries.You are safe now.

Hi friend."DO YOU FEEL A SPARK BURNING INSIDE YOUR GUTS WITH EXCITEMENT WHEN YOU HEAR A SONG AND YOU FEEL LIKE DANCING SOME DREAM STEPS THAT COMES IN TO UR MIND?..YES MY FRIEND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE CALL AS PASSION FOR DANCE AND THAT'S ENOUGH FOR YOU TO BE A PROFESSIONAL AND SO YOU R HERE" This blog contains all of my personal tutorials(video, picture, text) to learn how to dance.You can learn all styles of dance here.No need to worry that you are a beginner and so this blog wont help you.This will help both the beginners who don't know anything about dance and also for other dancers.I will concentrate mainly on hiphop style of dance and how to do stunts.Please try to follow my instructions given below in order.Because with out doing proper warm up exercise you cant make your body trim and fit.With out being fit you cant do stunts and other steps with proper finishing and perfect control.And my kind advice to people who are very adamant to learn dance and become a professional is "GO TO GYM".The basic quality to be a perfect and good dancer is fitness.With out fitness and good body shape you cannot attract the audience towards you.I dint say that a person with out proper body shape cant dance.He can but he cant attract the audience as much as a person with a perfect body shape and who have no tummy.So friends please go to gym and make your body fit and shaped.Once if you got apps with good arm power then you are done.Then dancing will become too easy for you.Stunts will become very simple.The another thing i want to say is "DON'T SMOKE".Because smoking is worst thing that a dancer can do.Friends its necessary for each and every dancer to have a good stamina.A dancer while performing on stage he should be able to maintain his power of movements, expression, finishing, speed, control, and enthusiasm till the last moment of that dance.He should maintain all these simultaneously.If he miss any one of the above at any point of time it will be clearly visible and identified by the audience and that will be a great minus point even if you dance the other steps well.To avoid all these things from happening and complete your dance with full enthusiasm you should require massive stamina.People who have the habit of smoking wont have stamina.They will get tired easily and lose their power and all above mentioned qualities soon after they start their dance with two or three steps.And another thing is warm up and other exercise becomes waste if u do it after smoking.So once u decide to dance stop smoking.And the next important thing am gonna tell you is about over masturbation in case of boys.Boys always remember to restrict masturbation to once in a week.Because over masturbation will lead to loss of stamina and so you cant dance with full power.Also its harm to avoid masturbation completely.Its necessary for all dancers to do it once in a week or two weeks and refresh your body.So do it accordingly.
